JULEICA course

Different organizations offer courses to get the JULEICA (JUgendLEIterCArd) where you learn how to coordinate a group (especially of kids I guess) and all of that... I'm not that sure what exactly we're gonna learn there, but my Mom has been wanting me to do that for two years or so and now that I can count it for CAS I'll finally take the time to do so haha...

*advantages of the JULEICA*
- some places in Goettingen will give you a discount if you have the card, like the Deutsches Theater (20%), or the Lumiére (1 EUR off) or Fritsche or even a FIRST AID course --> here's a list of the discounts

- a lot of providers of youth trips require the juleica to be a guide or clubs for you to be a coach. Maybe your club (like BG74 for example) will pay the costs for your Juleica, just ask
- the district pays you EUR 10.5 EACH DAY on a youth trip if you have the juleica

It's a wwhhooooooole lot of time you gotta take, tho; this is the course Linda and I are gonna take (there are multiple courses from different organizations... but this seemed to be the better one for us, since the other one i found takes 3 complete weekends , overnight )

it's basically the whole second week of the fall break, 10/20-10/24 ; 9-18.30
the costs are EUR 45 including food and materials

crap, it's booked out. i wrote an email to the people and asked whether they have space for 3 more students or so, but i doubt it. Here's another possibilty, but it's 3 weekends and one of them in Hannover.
